Ordered a basic PC from E-Buyer. All OK until I tried to check-out. Have to sign up (which I hate and often puts me off ordering from a company). Entered e-mail address but, not having ordered from them in a long while, had no idea of a password I'd used before. Tried to retrieve it using the Forgot Password link, but despite clicking on it twice and getting a message saying password had been sent I never received it. Then usual scenario. Tried to create a new account - but you can't because it recognises your e-mail address. Tried using another e-mail address but that seemed to cause it problems too. Went around in circles for a while until it eventually the system accepted me as a new customer with another e-mail address and allowed me to place the order (but no idea exactly what I did). Frustrating and wastes my time. I would have gone elsewhere except I had spent time careful looking for what I wanted and wasn't sure it was available anywhere else, but e-buyer almost lost a customer .
