They work well until they start ripping you off with next day delivery. Advertising to businesses that are smaller yet able to negotiate a better price per parcel is embarrassing. We deliver maybe 3-4 a week and get a flat £9 rate before 12 Next Day. They've just charged me nearly £15 for the same service.
When you opt for free delivery the service is carried out by Yodel. The less said about that the better.
