Minor glitch in payment procedure, because the website requires a a forename initial - but my payment card shows my forename in full. Eventually payment was accepted, by keying my full name into the surname section, and entering the forename initial into the appropriate box. Do you really have to ask for the forename initial? Why not simply ask (as most others do) for the full name to be keyed in exactly as it appears on the payment card?
