I have been an Ebuyer customer for many years now and always find that their product range and prices are excellent. I have always had a good response in the event of faulty goods and cannot fault their delivery service. My main concern with their site has always been the poor presentation of product information. When i need components, i need to see as much relevant information as possible and clearly laid out. How many connectors, how much power consumption, The Amp ratings on rails for PSU's. Whilst this is available on some items (and has improved over the years), there is no consistency between descriptions. Some of the images on items leave a lot to be desired. Motherboards i have viewed today have very poor images that are extremely bitty and may as well not be there. Comparison tables would be a great benefit. Most Items have specific details that buyers look for when upgrading/replacing or building.
