I've been using ebuyer for a few years now and they've been consistently reliable. My only niggle is I do think some of their delivery options are a bit extortionate unless you go for the week long free delivery. You feel a bit stung if you can't wait for it. On the other hand their prices are generally the best around so that's why its only took 1 star from top marks.
I've not had to deal with customer services yet (touch wood), so I can't comment on how helpful they are in that department.
