So far so good.
I telephoned to ask about Saturday deliveries, and had to wait a few minutes, but it was an ordinary number (not rip off line), and then spoke to a real person who was very helpful, which is worth a positive rating for sure.
Can't give more stars until after delivery, so I'll try to update later - if the site allows it.
