I found ordering easy but had trouble making payment by my nationwide visa, which was refused 3 times, I then attempted to use my master card which apparently froze after entering the card details and pressing pay now, the site went to next screen but did nothing else, I went back to checkout and managed to pay via my master card. I will contact nationwide tomorrow to query why I could not pay with that card.
