I knew what I wanted to order so it was easy to enter in the laptop model. However I got in a muddle with the payment screen as my antivirus (Kaspersky) wanted me to sign up to "Protected Browser" . I eventually got my order through, but hope that I will not be billed twice for having entered my credit card details more than once to try to get my order placed!
