The prices and service are really great. Previously, I went to amazon to get the idea of a reasonable price for different equipment, but now I usually check ebuyer first. So price-wise it is 5 stars. The search functionality is nowhere near as good as on amazon though, so if you don't have specific item in your mind you probably will spend more time searching and comparing stuff because of lack of additional search criteria. Availability of the web could be improved as well. Sometimes it just doesn't load. Overall, 5 stars for price, 3 for the user experience equals to average 4.
