I have used most of the main online shops, especially for computer items and components for the last 10 years. I nearly always return to Ebuyer in competitve situations as they have the best price and lowwest post. Most of the time my items arrive in a couple of days using the cheapest post option. Never had a problem with any item they have sent. Except once when the order was split in two and a small and cheap item received one evening and the shipping note was for the whole order. However the large and expensive item arrived the next morning even though phone calls to the Ebuyer office had resulted in me not being told that was happening. So I blew off more steam at their poor staff than was really necessary. Some 5 years ago and still shopping there.
