A very good company when they get things right, but a real PAIN when they have made a mistake. My example :-
Just before Christmas I purchased an expensive digital camera and an SD card for it. Hoewever E-buyer supplied a memory stick,
Despite saying that I wanted to use my new expensive camera over the holiday, E-buyer were rigid in NOT correcting THEIR mistake until after the return of the memory stick, As a result the process took over 3 weeks and my holiday pics opportunities were ruined.
