Generally it is one of the better sites out there. there is a good improvement in finding items as you grow your product line.
There is an active discouragement in contacting you, the enote is ok but for immediate help you do charge quite a bit. This may discourage the initial uptake - it is good for me if you increase your customers as the pricing will reduce further.
