Never had a problem with purchase, or delivery of the items I bought from Ebuyer and this statement goes back over the last 10 years at least if I remember correctly.
I had to do a refund once over out of date printer inks I received from them and I found the experience not as straight forward as I would expect using their on-line system, but it did work in the end.
