Quite pleased with the overall experience (and best price for the laptop I wanted!) but unfortunately encountered problems with the payment process - I was only able to enter one itinial, but since there are two on my card then the card was rejected as it didn't register on the system as a valid card in my name! I was able to use my partners's card and am now looking forward to my laptop arriving - thanks!
