The website is, as always, easy to navigate and product descriptions excellent. I was confused when I got to the checkout process. I ordered an item with free delivery and delivery charges appeared in the first order summary page. It was not clear that it was taken off at the next stage. Then why charge delivery on a memory card when surely it can go in the same box? Overall still a good experience.
