I had a problem on your site paying by Paypal, so I intended to complete the payment on the phone. However, when I discovered I had to use an 0871 number I did not proceed. I object most strongly when you and other businesses make money out of phone calls. I eventually responded to a email from you and was able to complete the transaction using Paypal, if this had not happened I would not have completed the purchase.
