eBuyer is normally an excellent company. There are issues but they are minor. For quick delivery you can't go wrong. Prices are pretty low but pay attention on the deals as sometimes an e-mail you get advertising a deal isn't matched on the price which shows on the website. Getting replacement items for faulty items is relatively painless but not helped by the awkward enote system. Searches aren't great but not as bad as one major DIY chain that's for sure. One thing that disappoints most is the lack of information on some listings. For example DVD players or TVs with DVD players in them are often not listed with supported formats. If I want DivX support and I can't verify the TV supports DivX, I'm going to go elsewhere as I did last year. Overall a decent company but eBuyer needs to pull it's finger out about the enote system, searches (some good features on it though) and item information.
