most things arrive when they say they will and are often trackable with the occasional one early (on free supersaver delivery) selection. Availability isn't always as good as it could be which i expect is down to popularity of the company and current trending of stocks. returns are dealt with promptly and efficiently that said I've been fortunate and only had to return several items in all the time i have been using Ebuyer (which is since they first went online). prices are reasonably competitive even if they are only a tiny percentage below my local retailer but locality gives them the advantage as its often worth the extra few pennies to be able to order and collect instead of waiting for delivery. overall i have no complaints with any element of shopping at Ebuyer and often recommend their website to my customers for their effortless ease of use and clarity of product description. a live chat facility wouldn't go a miss on the website for advice if it were logistically/fiscally practicle
