Usually the cheapest. Always delivers on time. Never had faulty goods but judging by some customer reviews, replacing etc. doesn't seem to be a problem. Customer review section easy to read. Specifications on items are detailed and (not always but mostly) correct. Would be handy to have a PC builder section ie. enter your budget, specify reason for build (gaming, video processing etc.), press go and a breakdown of all necessary components and bits required are listed along with a tech guy/gal on the end of a phone to discuss (ok, last bit I'm probably dreaming but hey, in a perfect world no?).
