Great firm to deal with if you are sure of what you want. I had to return an item that did not do what it was supposed to do even though it wasn't faulty so I had to pay the return postage (the process was simple to arrange though). On the upside, they usually have plenty of stock, frequently offer free next day delivery deals and have a helpful website and generally very good prices. I'd recommend them.
