The real test of a company is how they treat customers when a problem occurs. Thankfully I didn't have any problems with my order though, so I can't really say how good or bad eBuyer's customer service is.
In terms of my order, it was dispatched and delivered promptly, the items well were packed and all work correctly (so far at least!)
