I have used a Ebuyer a number of times and have been happy with the quick easy purchase and speedy delivery. However had a problem with a replacement product being sent to my old address even after having informed them I had moved since. Took almost 3 months to receive my headphones back as they had lost the item. I purchased another set of headphones having been promised a refund and once I had received my second set, they refused a refund. It may have just been a one off though.
