Fantastic range of products but inflexible in trading. I spend about 50k a year with them but when I recently ordered the wrong processor x 5 recently they wouldn't take it back because it had been openrd. Other suppliers would have.
also once I ordered a desktop and monitor for next day delivery and when the dedktop didn't turn up they told me the price had gone up even though I had gone past checkout. My off the shelf desktop business is placed with another supplier now and worth 20k a year
however my account manager does het best
