The website is very simple/clear and easy to use.
Some sugestions that could have assist in my buying the laptop:
1) It would be useful if you can provide a jargon buster, which would it easier to compare the different laptops (or any product type).
2) The offering of refurbished laptops; I nearly bought a laptop from laptopdirect.co.uk!
3) Pricematch service would also be very useful.
But overall very good.
