Overall this is an excellent site for computer equipment and the likes. Selection and availability are second to none. Used Ebuyer for years and not had a single issue. The delivery service is impeccable, even on the many ocassions I've used super saver five working days quite a few have arrived next day. Add to this the ability to order certain items until two in the morning and you're on to a winner. Prices are good and sometimes very good. Website search and filtering options are very good with multiple options for filters. Even though I couldn't put a percentage on it I would guesstimate that items with pictures is in the very high nineties. I've had to return one item so far and this was a Cisco Business class router which was already 14 months in to a 24 month warranty, Ebuyer replaced the unit within 24 hours of receiving the faulty unit with no ifs ands buts or maybes. The only reason I have give Ebuyer good and not very good is not every item has a detailed write-up. I know this is trivial, but when it comes to specking hardware it can be frustrating to have to navigate away to find specifications. All in all Ebuyer is my first stop for anything IT related and have used them for around 6 years now without any issues. And on this point 6 years without a problem speaks volumes. I just wished they was based in Merseyside and not the Northeast as PC World and the likes is for those not in the know.
