Not made clear on the website that if putting more than one item in the shopping basket and this item is not stocked at the main depot that it will hold up the whole order so even if item/items are main depot stock and ordered for next day delivery before the 11.00pm cut off time they will not arrive next day if one item is holding them up. This is understandable if they all arrived in one delivery but they don't!...the main depot next day delivery stock is delivered by Yodel and the other items come by DPD so there is absolutely no reason why the stock item cant be sent for next day delivery and the other items to follow. if wanting next day delivery best to order and pay for non main depot stock stuff as a separate order so it doesn't hold up the in stock item/items.
