I made a mistake and ordered the wrong machine, once I realised I sent a email to cancel the order. I phoned to confirm cancellation after the weekend, I was treated very well and assured everything was ok. After a few days, I have subsequently ordered, what I hope will be a suitable laptop for my needs.
