Only reviewing the ordering process as eBuyer have not yet had the chance to process the order. As a new customer who didn't yet have an account, I found the order process frustrating when moving the shopping cart from the unregistered account into a registered one. The system appeared to have lost the order. Fortunately I had a second window open with the basket still full and was eventually able to re-instate the order. Wasn't a big deal - but did waste 10 minutes trying to get it sorted. Also I ordered an 'Element' atx game tower which whilst measurements are supposed to be fairly standard, invariably some differences between towers is inevitable and eBuyer unhelpfully does NOT include the dimensions for this tower. Again, not a huge deal, but frustrating!
