I've been using eBuyer for several months as our main supplier of IT equipment. I am generally happy with the service, but have two main gripes. First is that an invoice is sent for each delivery, which is a pain when one order (and payment) can be split into multiple deliveries - as this causes extra work for our accounts team. Ideally, we'd get some credit and be able to pay for equipment on one monthly invoice - but splitting payments is very annoying. Secondly, I used to have an account manager, who would sort out my orders if I emailed him - and was very quick at responding to requests. He left eBuyer without any warning and this service seems to have been discontinued - maybe it was not economical for eBuyer? If these issues can be fixed (particularly the first one), I would rate eBuyer as "Very Good".
