Have been using eBuyer for over 10 years, overall its been a good company to deal with, they have a great selection of products, and at time, there are real bargains found. Customer service is not that great, if you have a problem, you would have wait ages to get through, but when you do get through, normally they are very efficient. Delivery, over 10 years , I have had a number of orders paid for next days but never made it, in the earlier days they would refund it but recently they will find any excuses to pass the buck, it doesn't matter if its a courier fault or not, I paid eBuyer to deliver them on time and its their responsibility to make it happen, not to blame a third party. Returns, their new policy forced us to us other suppliers, eBuyers return policy is poor, normally after a week of invoiced, they will wash their hands and expect you to deal with the manufactures instead, we purchased a batch of SSD drives, and after 2 weeks two of them went dead, ebuyer did not want to know and expect us to deal with Sandisk directly in the Czech Republic, costing us almost £20 to sent then back, this to me, is very poor customer service. Overall, we still use this company for most things, but avoid them for some items if the manufacture warranty is outside the UK.
