Received marketing Email offering Free Delivery. Option not available at checkout so rang and was asked to send a copy of their email back to them? Did so and then received an email saying that I now had free shipping tokens on my account?
Placed the order which said 'Free Next Day Delivery' but they still charged me £1.51 at checkout.
I have used Ebuyer several times in the past but won't be using them again - I don't like being ripped off.
