The webistes great - the products are great - but the delivery lets things down - I usually opt for 5 working days Free Delivery - However it very rarely gets here within 5 days - it usually seems to take about 8-9 days - and customer service offer no real help other than to say sorry - Ebuyer REALLY need to sort this out. Other than the delivery problems and the poor after sales service that I personally have experienced its an ok place to shop.
