Confused and frustrating. Didn't recognise my Password. Then refused to recognise my mail address and date of birth. One I've had for 10yr+ and the other a lot longer. Neither have changed.
In frustration I went back too the start, This time it recognised my details. Wouldn't YOU find that a bummer? AGAIN nothing had changed.
