First time I have ordered ... goods to arrive tomorrow, so no view yet on 'service'. However, registering was irritating ... intrusive questions (Why a date of birth?), lots of boxes to un-tick, all aimed at teeing us up for more irritating spam, marketing e-mails, junk mail etc ... all the usual unwelcome invasions of privacy. This is one of the most unpleasant aspects of online shopping ... we the customer are merely treated as a commodity whose personal data can be used, abused and sold on to whomever at the whim of the people we have been good enough to keep in business. Please just sell us what we want and keep your greedy hands off our privacy. Oh yes ... and the goods had better arrive intact and on time or my next review will not be quite so charming.
