The ordering process was quick and easy, however only later did i come to notice that they were selling me stuff that was not in stock even though i bought it and they said that it was in stock, that was not a problem; as i guess that it was because it ran out just before I ordered it and the website was not updated. So during this process of buying form e Buyer, i had to call there costumer service by telephone. They were nice and kid and they dealt with the problem very quick and all i had to do was cancel the items that was out of stock then order something else. Even though i was bit worried that the refund (paying me back what i paid through Paypal) was going to take long or there is some kind of catch in it, but i was refunded within a day and i simply placed another order without any problem. I can not say much about the delivery and processing time as my order was a bit different and i had some problems. but for everything to arrive after the problem was solved it only took 2 days.
