In order to get more information, I phoned up Customer Services and received a very good service, twice. I was offered all the information I asked for.
The purchase itself was quick and easy. I just hope he delivery will be efficient.
My only criticism is the delivery terms.. There is no option of leaving the product at a neighbour's, in case I can't wait the full day.. I urge you to address that.
