After not dealing with buyer for several years, for no reason other than I never heard from them, I today got an email from them and on visiting the site, decided to buy some items.
I couldn't remember my old password, so attempted to create a new identity. Wow, talk about irritating - your session has timed out - we can't find you on our system - you've had a few tries, suggest you come back later - or words to that effect.
I very nearly gave up and went elsewhere, but I used another email address and managed to get logged in and I finished my purchase.
ebuyer, the worst part of your operation so far has been just logging in. I wonder how many other potential customers don't persevere?
