absolutely hopeless!! i placed an order 2 days back and been told this morning its out of stock. Asked for credit as customer services was not able to advice me on a replacement product. after checking, went back and unable to log in!! . took over 30 mins to sort this out. Now the lady has gone to check it the payment has been processed and if the order will be sent out tomorrow. Its amazing how long it takes to order something on line. Very poor customer service, poorer still is the system, I think. Its not just one click of the button like other websites. Finally, my apologies for this review but i feel awfully let down.
