I have just placed an order for a printer and was pleased with the detail and clarity on the website. I had a couple of questions which were answered very promptly by Dan via online chat support. The pricing is competitive and I have only knocked off one star because I couldn't specify when there would not be anybody around to receive the delivery within the free 5 day period, which could be tricky. We shall see!
