The good: Usually good prices, and good range of products. (but check on google just in case) There are some very good bargains if you happen to catch them on offer. Delivery to Berkshire always hit and miss, and rarely hit the 5 day delivery deadline. Returns is usually very good, and staff try to be very helpful. The not so good: The desciptions are not always correct, check elsewhere to confirm specs and warranty. Their internal info is sometimes wrong so things may still be under warranty (explains the description errors), so check warranty on manufacturer site (as I just found out for TPLink switches. Ebuyer said 1yr, TPLink confirmed it is 3!) The ledger is very poorly laid out and does not show all the transactions such as refunds. Although I have about 10 free deliveries, I can never access them, so sometimes go elsewhere for smaller items if not buying with something else. Conclusion: For some things they are my go to site, and for others my check site. Always new products sent unless specified (unlike a competitor of theirs!), so reliable. I've been using Ebuyer for many years and will continue to do so, so they must be doing something right! :)
