I just ordered equipment worth nearly £2000 ex VAT and was charg £15.74. I suspect I will be delivered with 4No separate parcels each eligible for free delivery. So I think this is unacceptable. The cost of delivery should be attribute only to bulky/heavy individual items e.g. network printers.
Ebuyer there is no cost in handling with my delivery/order. How about money back?
