The payment process is a bit confusing. I had difficulty in finding the right buttons and the other day at the end of the process I failed to click the final button (and it did not tell me!!!) and the RM exclusion was notified rather late in the process. I pay by pay pal. I hope there will be is tracking number with the confirmation. Less buttons more logic and early notice of conditions please.
