Reliable service and have always been quick to fix any issues, however I always found it annoying that the delivery service they use for free delivery is clearly a 1 day service, but they intentionally just wait/process the order for far longer than needed to make the item arrive more slowly. Almost every order I have placed is held to 'processing order', and then dispatched a few days later, and arrives the day after dispatch.
Otherwise great service and prices, with a great selection of products.
