Ebuyer is usually very good with the day to day business of filling one's orders.
However, I'm still waiting (2days, so far) for an email from their support people to inform me of the warranty on an item I bought nearly 2 years ago.
Th man said, "I'll email you the details later, save you hanging on the phone.........."
