The ability to find what I was looking for and the information about the products was very good. The only thing I didn't like was the checkout process - when placing an order for a couple of hundred pounds, it's nice to have an overview of the order (ie what I am buying and the delivery address) on the same page as the "Place Order" button (eg like Amazon). To have a page with nothing on it but "Place order" is a little disconcerting! Having said that, the whole process was simple and easy and I look forward to receiving a new computer in a few days time.
