Apologies for my English:
I logged into eBuyer, placed my order, and I had a message saying my account was inactive and to contact support. I called the number, spoke to a lovely woman that managed to sort it out in under 5 minutes. I then placed my order again and it went through.
Keeping in mind I've just placed my order, it's not here yet, but the tracking number is already working, I'm rather pleased.
I've used this site for years and will continue, especially after this. My first time calling customer service and I couldn't be happier with how well and how quickly my problem was solved.
