I have been a customer for a long time.
This last purchase was a poor experience due to the carrier used, not ebuyer but they choose to use Yodel.
So I paid for a next day delivery for an urgently required SSD on Monday, had a carded delivery Tuesday morning (someone was home), contact via phone and text to Yodel ignored. No delivery Wednesday same contact issues with Yodel.
Thursday morning I decided to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. Delivery arrived and was refused as I had agreed to do this with customer services at ebuyer.
Shame really as I have only ever had positive dealings with ebuyer in the past.
