Ordered a HP laptop there was a problem with the touch pad returned the laptop to Ebuyer it was tested and returned with no fault found, there was a fault and i sent it back, there was a fault and had full refund. Just ordered a new one today through Ebuyer . The whole process took 2-3 weeks which left me without a laptop, which i need,had to work of my tablet, not ideal
