Generally, eBuyer 's products are good value and their goods processing very efficient. But eBuyer is let down by its choice of courier. I think it uses Yodel.
My recent purchase in June was delivered to a wrong address. Yodel couldn't confirm where it was delivered. Luckily several days later, the person who got the parcel took the package to my house and save the day. My order was over £100. My wife wasn't clever enough to asked the good Samaritan of her address, so there no chance to thank her and tell Yodel where they made their mistake.
