I have used ebuyer.com for over a decade and find them to be consistently among the best tech companies trading in the UK. However, if there is one problem I have experienced it is their insistence in recent times on using Yodel to deliver items. I am not a quick person to anger, but Yodel might be sufficient to prevent me using Ebuyer again. Last time I was waiting an extra week because Yodel claimed they had delivered an item and I wasn't available /repeatedly/ when they had never shown up to an office manned 24 hours a day...
